All Pro Plumbing is owned by Ray & Nina Sarette, current residents of Reno, NV and previous long time residents of El Dorado County, California. We have been in the plumbing business since 1983 and contracting since 1990. In 1995 we moved to Colorado where Ray was introduced to hot water heating (hydronics). There, Ray learned to install baseboard, radiant and combination heating systems in many different type structures, including driveways, custom homes, multi-unit structures, garages, patios, shops and commercial buildings.
